Twenty-eight auto thefts reported in Scarborough last week (Sept. 22)
Twenty-eight vehicles were reported stolen in the city’s Scarborough district from Sept. 15 to Sept. 21, according to Toronto Police Service. That’s down from 34 reported during the previous week.
