Family of Richmond's first homicide victim of 2024 want answers
City officials in Richmond issued a proclamation last Tuesday that community collaboration has helped reduce the number of homicides to a record low in 2023. But just hours later, police responded to the first homicide of this year. Police said they were able to arrest a suspect quickly the next day. The victim's family members said they are in shock over what happened, and they want answers.
