Law firm Updike, Kelly & Spellacy moving to downtown Hartford's Goodwin Square
Law firm Updike, Kelly & Spellacy is trading one downtown Hartford address for another. The firm, which has five offices throughout the state, is moving its headquarters from the current location at 100 Pearl St. into Goodwin Square, where it will occupy a slightly smaller space. Updike leases 25,000 square feet in its Pearl Street location but will lease 18,000 in its new home on the 20th floor at Goodwin Sqaure on Asylum Street. John Alissi, firm president, said Updike’s current lease expires Jan. 31, 2022.
