Governor Adeleke had sought the NJC's permission to swear in the next most senior judge in the state as the Acting Chief Judge of the state.
APM said the gesture is in recognition of Thursday’s decision by the National Judicial Council (NJC).
APM’s chairman in Osun State, Wale Adebayo, stated on Friday that the NJC had fulfilled its duties as outlined in Nigeria's constitution.
