Lady Panthers go two-and out at Highland
By Editor | January 12, 2021 The PHS varsity girls basketball team went two-and-out at last week’s Highland Tournament, losing to Canton and Knox County. The fifth-seeded Lady Panthers (4-4) fell out of the event with a 44-39 loss to eighth-seeded Knox County in the consolation semifinals Wednesday. Trailing 25-16 at the half, the Lady Panthers managed to rally and go into the final quarter down by just five, but Knox County held on from there.
