Gracemere’s paradise to get even better
One of the region’s most beautiful spots is set for an upgrade, with work beginning today on $1.35m of improvements for a Touch of Paradise in Gracemere’s Cedric Archer Park.
Acting Mayor Neil Fisher said this work would elevate Touch of Paradise to a whole new level.
“Over the past couple of years we have transformed this little corner of Gracemere by reshaping the lagoon, installing new pathways, and building a new 43 metre pedestrian bridge.
“The works we are starting now will pull all of these improvements together by repairing old footpaths, installing new shade structures, replacing seats and benches, and planting thousands of new trees and shrubs which will enhance the existing canopy. ....
