Both have green thumbs. And this year, they both grew outstanding vegetables in their own gardens. Thorston won first prize at the fall fair for his locally grown cucumbers and tomatoes. And Nicole planted zucchinis which grew up to be giants, weighing in well over six pounds, almost too heavy for her to hold up for the camera.
