PEOPLE with learning difficulties have been `living a nightmare each and every day' in Northern Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic, a new report has revealed A Ulster University team led by Professor Laurence Taggart were part of a research project into the health of adults with learning disabilities in the four UK nations during the pandemic.
