Park & Rec approves badges DARLINGTON – The Darlington Park & Rec met on Wednesday, March 31 at 6:30 p.m. to prepare for the 2021 outdoor sports season. Badges for the Dora Ritter Wellness Center (DRWC) have been discussed at several meeting throughout the past three years and the item came up again. The badges are to be worn so members can be identified (thereby non-members can also be identified) in the facility.
