GreenPointe Developers announced May 5 it bought 290 acres in Clay County, where it plans to build 770 single-family homes. The “recreation-rich” development, Granary Park, is along Sandridge Road and Feed Mill Road, the news release said. “Community residents will enjoy a variety of recreational amenities, homes offering innovative floor plans and the latest designs, and a convenient location near the new First Coast Expressway,” said GreenPointe Developers Regional President Liam O’Reilly in the release.
