Cochrane town council wants to explore options for re-opening Greenwater Provincial Park.

In bringing forward the motion, Coun. Dan Belisle said the pandemic has forced people to stay indoors for extended periods of time, fuelling demand for outdoor recreational activities such as camping. For Cochrane residents, the nearest provincial parks for overnight camping are Kettle Lakes in Timmins and René Brunelle in Moonbeam. ....
