Staff Report East Liverpool — The Thompson Park Board of Commissioners met virtually for a brief meeting last week. The body agreed to hire Ryan Lilly as a new part-time assistant park manager and to purchase a new 5.5′ x 10′ trailer from Tractor Supply for $1,099 to move its fleet of equipment on as requested by Park Superintendent Shawn Rybaczenko.
