Staff Report East Liverpool — The Thompson Park Board of Commissioners met virtually for a brief meeting last week. The body agreed to hire Ryan Lilly as a new part-time assistant park manager and to purchase a new 5.5′ x 10′ trailer from Tractor Supply for $1,099 to move its fleet of equipment on as requested by Park Superintendent Shawn Rybaczenko. The purchase will come out of the newly renewed park levy money, explained East Liverpool Auditor Marilyn Bosco.
