Duane “Keffe D" Davis’ lawyers argue that he is in danger from witnesses and needs medical care after battling cancer that he hasn’t gotten in jail. Prosecutors argued that Davis has never left gang life, is a danger to the community and is a threat to witnesses.
Davis has pleaded not guilty to murder and has been jailed without bail at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas
