End in sight for massive road twinning project between Antigonish and Sutherlands River, N.S.
Officials with the Department of Public Works say work is around 60 per cent finished on the 104 twinning project. Locals who have been calling for the highway to be twinned are eagerly anticipating the 2023 completion date.
