Columbus, IN, USA / MOJO 102.9 May 18, 2021 | 1:36 PM COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) says its annual “Hook a Kid on Fishing” day will be Friday, June 11, at CERALand Park, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event allows young persons between the ages of 9-14 to spend part of the day learning to fish with a CPD officer. All fishing gear and equipment will be provided at no charge to participants. Lunch is also included. Spots are limited. If your child is interested in participating, complete and return the registration form to officer Greg Ross at gross@columbus.in.gov.
