Dec 13, 2020 YOUNGSTOWN — Howard William “Bill” Walp III, 57, of Youngstown, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, at his home. Howard, “Bill” as he was known, was born Nov. 24, 1963, in Youngstown, the son of Howard William Walp II and Sharon Ingraham Walp. He was the owner and operator of an independent trucking company. Bill loved to drive. He also enjoyed old movies, the “Oldies” music and scratch-offs. Bill leaves his wife, the former Michelle Romeo, whom he married March 19, 1999.
