They were pulling people out of these houses like this one and a lot of these people are elderly. for the people that we've spoken to who managed to get out in time, they say that they had half-an-hour between the time of the earthquake hit to when that wall of water just roared straight through here. so for the elderly who were on ground level, standing where we are standing, they would have gotten just swept up, carried away. >> it is about a kilometer to where the sea actually begins so it rolled all the way in, then even further in. how many bodies were they able to recover roughly? >> yes...
