If it goes down 24 milli bars in 24 hours, we call it a bomb and it's much more difficult to get the criteria for a blizzard. you have to have winds of 35 miles per hour or stronger and they have to be constant for three straight hours. and at the same time, you have to have a quarter mile or less visibility. so it has to be high winds and high intensity of snow. one misconception, the snow can be blowing off the ground. you could have a ground blizzard and you have to have both conditions for three hours. we think we'll meet this criteria in coastal areas for the first time since 2018.
