Ukraine prioritizes F-16s for air force modernization, explores other Western aircraft options
Ukraine is seeking to deploy F-16 jet fighters as a priority for modernizing its air force, but is also looking into acquiring other Western warplanes to gradually replace its outdated fleet, Air Force commander Mykola Oleshchuk said on Telegram on Jan. 14.
