From STAFF REPORTS The student winners from the Project on Racism Contest and 37th Annual Poster Competition, sponsored by the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs, includes several students from the Northern Panhandle. The Project on Racism Contest was presented by the Martin Luther King Jr. State Holiday Commission and the YWCA Wheeling.
