Groww CEO Lalit Keshre has apologised for a glitch that prevented users from accessing the stock investment platform for over an hour on January 23 during market hours.
Admitting that he should be more proactive in communicating with customers, Groww founder Lalit Keshre said even a few minutes of downtime can have an adverse impact on customers.
Acknowledging the complaints, the financial service platform later informed about a technical glitch amid calls for refunds.
