Image Courtesy: WAOW TV RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU) â An Oneida County judge has ordered the last felony count against former Rhinelander City Administrator Daniel Guild be dismissed with prejudice. Guild was in court on Thursday where Judge Kevin Klein ordered one count of misconduct in office for failure to perform a known duty to be dropped, clearing Guildâs record from the allegations of record tampering that led to his removal from the position.
