બીજી લહેર અટક્યા પછી હવે વિસેરા સેમ્પલના રિપોર્ટ આવવાના શરૂ થયા.
કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર લગભગ સમાપ્ત થઈ ચૂકી છે, પરંતુ મોતના આંકડાને લઈને આજે પણ નવા ઘટસ્ફોટ થઈ રહ્યા છે. જે લોકો હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જતા રસ્તામાં જ મરી ગયા કે સારવાર શરૂ થતાં પહેલાં મરી ગયા, તેમનાં મોતના આંકડા સરકારે ગણ્યા જ નથી. આ માટે તેમણે આરટી-પીસીઆર નહીં હોવાનું કારણ આપ્યું છે.
હવે ત્રણ મહિના પછી તેમનો વિસેરા રિપોર્ટ આવવાનું શરૂ થઈ જતાં ચોંકાવનારા આંકડા સામે આવ્યા છે. ફક્ત ચાર શહેર અમદાવાદ, સુરત, વડોદરા અને રાજકોટમાં જ 15 માર્ચથી 15 મે વચ્ચે 2400 લોકોનાં ઘરમાં મોત થઈ ગયાં, જેમાંના 800ના વિસેરા રિપોર્ટ આવી ચૂક્યા છે. એમાં માલૂમ પડ્યું છે કે તેમનાં ફેફસાં અને અન્ય અંગ પણ કોવિડ પોઝિટિવ દર્દીઓની જેમ જ ખરાબ થઈ ગયાં હતાં.
તેમના વિસેરા રિપોર્ટમાં સ્પષ્ટ લખ્યું છે કે આ તમામનાં મોતનું કારણ ન્યુમોનિયા અને મલ્ટી ઓર્ગન ફેલ્યોર હતું. હજુ 1600 લોકોનો વિસેરા રિપોર્ટ આવવાનો બાકી છે. જો આખા ગુજરાતનું અનુમાન કરીએ તો આ આંકડા હજારોમાં જઈ શકે છે. ઔપચારિક આંકડા જોઈએ તો આ દરમિયાન રાજ્યમાં 4519 લોકોનાં મોત થયાં, એટલે કે અડધાથી વધુ લોકો ઘરમાં જ મરી ગયા. આ દર્દીઓમાં મોટા ભાગનાને ફેફસાંનું ઈન્ફેક્શન હતું. કોરોનાથી મોતનો સાચો આંકડો સામે લાવવા ભાસ્કરે બીજી લહેર દરમિયાન થયેલા સામાન્ય મોતનો ડેટા ભેગા કર્યા હતા. બાદમાં તેમના પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ અને વિસેરા રિપોર્ટનું પણ અધ્યયન કર્યું હતું. આરટી-પીસીઆર રિપોર્ટ નહીં કરાવનારા આવા દર્દીઓની ઘરે જ સારવાર કરાઈ હતી.
માર્ચથી મેમાં મોત થયાં, હવે આવ્યા રિપોર્ટ
જે હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જતાં પહેલાં મરી ગયા, એવા કોરોના શંકાસ્પદોનાં મોતનું કારણ જાણવા તેમનાં ફેફસાં અને અન્ય ઓર્ગન વિસેરા સેમ્પલ લેબ મોકલાયાં. એનો રિપોર્ટ જોઈને ડોક્ટર ફાઈનલ કોઝ ઓફ ડેથનું સર્ટિફિકેટ આપે છે.
હવે બહાર આવવા માંડ્યું મોતનું સત્ય, દરેક રિપોર્ટમાં એક જ કારણ હોય છે
બે મહિનામાં લીધેલાં 2400 મૃતદેહનાં સેમ્પલમાંથી 800ના રિપોર્ટ આવી ગયા છે. આ રિપોર્ટ સરકારની આંખ ખોલનારા છે, કારણ કે તમામ 800 દર્દીના રિપોર્ટમાં ફાઈનલ કોઝ ઓફ ડેથમાં ન્યુમોનિયા અને રેસ્પિરેટરી ઓર્ગન ફેલ્યોર છે. કોવિડના મોટા ભાગના દર્દીઓનાં મોત આ બે કારણથી થયાં છે.
કેસ-1: અચાનક તબિયત બગડી, સિવિલ લઈ ગયા તો ખબર પડી કે પહેલાં જ મોત થઈ ગયું છે
અડાજણના રહેવાસી 54 વર્ષીય સંજયભાઈ રાજેશકુમાર દવેની થોડા દિવસ તાવ-ઉધરસીની ફરિયાદ પછી 11 એપ્રિલે તબિયત બગડી. તેમને સિવિલમાં મૃત જાહેર કરાયા. વિસેરા રિપોર્ટ આવ્યો તો ખબર પડી કે ફેફસાંમાં પાણી ભરાયું હતું. તેમના મોતનું કારણ ન્યુમોનિયા અને મલ્ટી ઓર્ગન ફેલ્યોર બતાવાયું છે.
કેસ-2: હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જતી વખતે દમ તોડી દીધો, વિસેરા રિપોર્ટમાં ફેફસાં કોરોના દર્દીઓ જેવાં જ
પાંડેસરાના રહેવાસી 25 વર્ષીય સંતોષ સવાઈની તબિયત 11 એપ્રિલે બગડી, પરંતુ હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જતાં પહેલાં જ તેમનું મોત થઈ ગયું. સંતોષની ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર ચાલતી હતી. સિવિલે તેમના મૃતદેહનું પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ કરીને સેમ્પલ આપ્યાં. તેના રિપોર્ટ પ્રમાણે, સંતોષના મોતનું કારણ રેસ્પેરેટરી ડિસીઝ અને ન્યુમોનિયા હતું.
કેસ-3: ન્યુમોનિયા હતો, સિવિલ લાવતાં પહેલાં મૃત્યુ પામ્યા, ઘરે જ કોરોના સારવાર ચાલતી હતી
ભેસ્તાનના રહેવાસી 59 વર્ષીય અરમાન ગુપ્તાને 12 એપ્રિલે મૃત હાલતમાં જ સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ લવાયા હતા. ડૉક્ટરોએ મૃતદેહનું પીએમ કર્યું, વિસેરા સેમ્પલ લેબ મોકલ્યાં. એમાં મોતનું કારણ ન્યુમોનિયા લખ્યું છે. અરમાનની તબિયત થોડો સમય ખરાબ હતી. કોરોના સંદિગ્ધ માનીને તેમની સારવાર થતી હતી.
એપ્રિલમાં રોજ ચારથી છ મૃતદેહ સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ પહોંચતા હતા
એપ્રિલમાં કોરોના પીક પર હતો ત્યારે કોરોના હોસ્પિટલોમાં રોજના 200થી 250 મોત થતાં હતાં, પરંતુ મનપા અને જિલ્લા આરોગ્ય વિભાગ દરરોજ ફક્ત 25થી 30 મોત જ બતાવતું. આ દરમિયાન સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં રોજ ચારથી 6 મૃતદેહ આવતા. આ જ સ્થિતિ સ્મિમેર હોસ્પિટલમાં હતી.
સૌથી વધુ 300 મોત અમદાવાદમાં, રેપિડ ટેસ્ટમાં 3-4% મૃતદેહ પોઝિટિવ
ગુજરાત એસોસિયેશન ઓફ પેથોલોજિસ્ટ એન્ડ માઈક્રોબાયોલોજિસ્ટ (જીએપીએમ)થી પ્રાપ્ત માહિતી પ્રમાણે, 15 માર્ચથી 15 મે વચ્ચે સુરતમાં 700થી વધુ મૃતદેહ હોસ્પિટલોમાં પહોંચ્યા. અમદાવાદમાં આશરે 1100, રાજકોટમાં 350 અને વડોદરામાં 250ના મોત થયાં. તેમાંથી અમદાવાદના 300, સુરતના 250, રાજકોટના 150 અને વડોદરાના 100 દર્દીના વિસેરા રિપોર્ટ આવી ચૂક્યા છે. આ તમામ 800 રિપોર્ટમાં મોતનું કારણ ન્યુમોનિયા છે. કોરોના સંદિગ્ધના પીએમનો ડૉક્ટરોએ વિરોધ કર્યો. બાદમાં મૃતદેહોનો રેપિડ ટેસ્ટ શરૂ કરાયો, જેમાં 10 મૃતદેહમાં 3 કોરોના પોઝિટિવ મળતા હતા.
ચાર મોટાં શહેરમાં બે મહિનામાં મોત
તાલુકામાં 15 માર્ચથી 15 મે 2021 વચ્ચે ઘરોમાં થયેલાં મોત સામેલ છે, જેમાં 800નો રિપોર્ટ આવી ચૂક્યો છે.
