中新经纬客户端7月26日电 你经常吃的这家麻辣烫出问题了！近日，杨国福麻辣烫被曝光后厨工作人员操作不规范、存在食品卫生安全等系列问题。对此，杨国福麻辣烫25日发布致歉声明称，涉事门店已经停业整顿，公司已派工作人员前往监督。
此前，名为“内幕纠察局”的微博视频博主发布了杨国福麻辣烫的暗访视频，视频显示，杨国福麻辣烫店里的蟑螂随处可见，食材被老鼠咬过，店员知道却仍然使用，厨房抹布同时洗菜洗鞋，猪肺不清理便直接水煮使用，配料袋直接下锅煮。加盟店的管理成为普遍难题，总部的规定全部视而不见。
对此，杨国福麻辣烫声明称，目前涉事门店已停业整顿，且公司已派工作人员前往监督，同时向门店重申食品安全及标准作业流程。公司将增加全国门店每月消杀次数，持续加大消杀力度。对个别门店不遵循管理的行为，将引以为戒，绝不容忍更不会姑息此类行为。
杨国福麻辣烫称，将积极配合所有后续调查，欢迎进行监督。
