You must be enrolled in the Public Presentations Contest by March 1 in order to participate. Registration ends March 17. Louis Malais, 17, of Louis Malais Rhinelander, was elected to serve as vice president and Lorelai Aylesworth, 12, of Rhinelander, was elected to serve as the alternate secretary for the Oneida County 4-H Leaders’ Association.
