A four-year-old boy has died after a stabbing in east London. Police were called at around 10.50pm on Wednesday raising concerns for the welfare of the toddler in Montague Road, Hackney. The boy was found by officers and paramedics suffering from knife injuries inside the home, but later died in hospital, the Metropolitan Police said. A 41-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Scotland Yard has launched a murder investigation, led by detectives in the Specialist Crime Command.
