I WISH to use your pages to say a big thank you to the lady who very kindly paid for my shopping for me in Aldi on the Halbeath Road recently. I had mistakenly taken an ‘old’ credit card with me and, being unable to pay, had left my groceries in the store while I returned home to get my correct card. When I arrived back, the cashier told me the groceries had been paid for but I was unable to find the lady to say thank you. It was incredibly generous of her and if she, or someone who knows about the incident, sees this letter, then please accept my very grateful thanks.
