Timothy J. Lenzi, 35, was found in the parking lot at the Stewart’s shop at 1403 Route 9 around 7 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, and was arrested and charge with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
