Lily is all smiles while being groomed recently at the Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical School. The standard-bred poodle was a customer recently in the schoolâs Pet Tech program on the Albany Campus. Students in the program â like Macy Druin, Halie Fink and Ashlyn Knapp shown with Teacher Helen Thomson â provide pet grooming services two days a week â Thursdays and Fridays â that are open to the public.
