The Kebbi government has awarded N9.4 billion contract for rehabilitation and upgrading of metropolitan roads in Birnin Kebbi. Gov. Nasir Idris said this during the official signing of the contract agreement with Habib Engineering Nigeria Limited, on Tuesday in Birnin Kebbi. He said: “The state is our state and we have seen things by ourselves;
