Kupwara,October 19 (Scoop News)-Union Minister of State for Law and Justice Prof. S.P Singh Baghel today said that it was a matter of pleasure that Kashmir is witnessing a sea-change in the field of peace, prosperity and development following the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A. The Minister was addressing a public sabha at Public Park Langate in the frontier district of Kupwara. The Minister enlisted various developmental programmes and welfare measures of Union Government headed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi which people should remember for their prosperity. Kupwara ,February 12 (Scoop News)- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has introduced a special initiative for effective youth engagement and outreach under the aegis of Youth Volunteer Programme of Mission Youth. During the programme Voluntary services of Members of Youth club shall be utilized actively, so that the objectives of programme are realized in full. In this regard, the District Nodal Officer, Mission Youth (ADC) Kupwara, has issued a circular regarding holding of Youth Volunteer Programme in the district. The programme shall commence from 14 February 2022 with the inaugural programme to be held at Town hall, Kupwara at 11:30 am followed by another programme at Environmental Hall, Handwara on 16 February 2022 at 11:30 am.
