Frances Fletcher Haley Frances was born January 3, 1935 in Auburntown, TN., the youngest of four children of the late Culley and Mary Odom Fletcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Byford Fletcher, J.D. Fletcher; sister, Mary Etna Ingalls; children, Vicky West Heady and Kevin West and husband, John Ransom “Hank” Haley.
