Dan Whelan Real estate finance firm Qsix is to provide the loan to Harcourt Developments to complete the first phase of the conversion of the 1.4m sq ft Liverpool building into a residential-led mixed-use scheme. The first phase of the Stanley Dock project comprises 192 apartments and 28,500 sq ft of ground floor commercial space.
