Shell petrol station on Wigan Road A MOTORIST drove off, crashing into other vehicles, after being sprayed by police when he refused to get out of his car. Officers had ordered Haroon Bux out of his VW Golf on the forecourt of the Shell petrol station at Wigan Road, Bolton, smashing the window and reaching in to seize the keys when he failed to obey.
