HC rejects 1993 Mumbai bomb blast convict's plea seeking transfer to open prison
A division bench of Justices Mangesh Patil and Abhay Waghwase on April 11 dismissed the criminal writ plea by Sardar Shahvali Khan who had sought to quash and set aside the February 2, 2022 order of the prison authority.
