Work begins on Hatcher Road
By PATRICK FORD patrick@southwesttimes.com Pulaski County Board of Supervisors has received approval for Hatcher Road Project, which will develop the intersection where Hatcher Road meets Route 11 near Cougar Express. The project has an expected cost of $8 million, which will be split between the county and the state, with each institution responsible for $4,202,509.
