Rezoning The Blue Heron Land Draws A Virtual Crowd
Kenora city council has received an earful about a rezoning application for the Blue Heron property. The owner of the property wants initially to take off the Hazardous Lands designation that’s been put in place because of flooding concerns. There are plans to infill the land and put in pilings.
