BSP Governor Benjamin Diokno MANILA - The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' (BSP) policy-making Monetary Board (MB) on Thursday kept the central bank's key policy rates despite the upward adjustments in the average inflation forecasts for this and next year.
