yes. many attorneys here in the houston area over the course of the past week, maybe the last couple of weeks have also been receiving similar situations, and these are all on cases of individuals who either have very, very strong applications for relief, or who have committed no penal code criminal offense of any kind, or very, very minor type offenses. it s nothing like people who committed serious crimes or anything. megyn: there have been some crimes committed by some of these illegals? well, i can say that i ve heard of some cases where someone may have been arrested for a crime a few years ago, even, perhaps, a recent arrest that led to their being found by ice, at least through the jail system here in harris county. but almost in most circumstances they ve been very minor crimes from what i ve understood at least of the two memos that actually have been out on those. those who have been accused of even misdemeanor crimes like dwi, or family assault are not ....
