Local musicians are hoping to spread the word about a grassroots attempt to save the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, days after it abruptly cancelled its upcoming season.
The dazzling show wowed sky watchers across southern Ontario Monday night.
"Our situation has gone from dire to desperate. We do not have a long runway left," past symphony chair Heather Galt says.
A few days after K-W Symphony announced it was cancelling the season, the board of directors explained the organization needs $2 million.
