Harbourfest will be on hold for another year due to the pandemic and even though it stings, COVID is still not fully controlled at this moment and won’t be by the time the August long arrives. May 21, 2021 | 7:33 AM Harborfest was supposed to celebrate its 30 anniversary this year, but organizers say the August long weekend festival will be postponed again. Heather MacMurphy from the Harborfest board says they made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the event.
