Best known as the host of Tasty’s irresistibly quirky video series “Chef Out of Water,” Alexis deBoschnek is set to release her first cookbook, To the Last Bite, on April 19. Written for home cooks of all levels, the Catskills-based chef's first book is an homage to country living that frames food as part of a cycle that starts and ends in the soil, with plenty of playful iterations and creative repurposing along the way.
