HOLLAND — A beautiful, mild evening Wednesday, May 5, created a great opportunity for a group of amateur photographers to learn tips and techniques and build their skills. The group was one of several this week to participate in the Tulip Time Photo Walk at Windmill Island Gardens, led by first-year instructors — Heidi Quellet and Kathy Odiorne. The pair met through a professional photographers association and developed their collaboration. "I didn't want to do it solo because we work better together," said Quellet.
