Erected Penis Sculpture Arouses Safety Concerns In Sweden January 25 2021 9:08 PM EST During the night an unknown artist erected a huge snow penis in a highway roundabout just outside Borås, Sweden, about 250 miles southwest of Stockholm, according to Göteborgs-Posten. Another local publication, Borås Tidning, noted that a snow sculpture has appeared in the same location for the past five years. Göteborgs-Posten contacted Helena Alçenius, the CEO of Borås TME, a municipal company that does publicity for Borås, who, upon seeing a photo of the artwork, exclaimed, “I am a little impressed, because it is not something that you build in the blink of an eye and it must be site-built. It looks well made, I hope they had fun when they did it.” ....
