Article content A local grassroots committee aimed at helping those struggling with addictions continues to gain momentum about six months after it was launched. Citizens Helping Addicts and Alcoholics Get Treatment – known as CHAAT – has advocated for more treatment options in our region since it was founded in late 2020.
