At least they didn’t call it WTF by mistake, although, come to think of it, that might have been a better choice. Over Christmas, WH Smith, the bookshop and stationery retailer which, for its sometimes tawdry appearance still has a secure place on the British high street, quietly rebranded itself as WHS.
