Today. The United States has imposed new sanctions on iran to punish it for a recent Ballistic Missile test, and for what was described as tehrans continued support for terrorism. The measures target 12 companies and 13 individuals in iran and elsewhere. Iran said the sanctions breached the un deal under which it agreed to curb its nuclear programme.
