Man found shot to death in Frayser, police say
FOX13 arrived to the scene to find several police vehicles, including two Crime Scene Investigation vans. Crime tape surrounded a shopping center that included a beauty shop and cell phone store. And nearby, FOX13 spotted two vehicles with their car doors opened as police investigated the area.
