Were not intended to detonate. that's a point you would consider. my analysis would be they were intended to detonate. just from what i see. here's some of the reasons. you don't put shrapnel, hidden shrapnel, glass, inside a pipe, to scare anybody. it's not going to scare anybody. you're not going to see it. if you want to put shrapnel to intimidate or, like, in a hoax device, you tape a bunch of nails around the outside of the bomb so the visual attack of your hoax bomb you see. that's not here. this is hidden shrapnel in the bomb. that makes me think this bomber wanted it to detonate. look ...
