Chief Justice inaugurates e-Seva Kendra, e- filling App, N Step counter, help desk in Udhampur

Udhampur,October 29 (Scoop News)-Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, today visited Court Complex, Udhampur and inaugurated e- Seva Kendra, e-filling online application, N Step counter and e-filling help desk counter besides defense counsel office there. Chief justice also laid foundation stone for ADR center here. Justice Sindhu Sharma, Administrative Judge for Udhampur district, accompanied the Chief Justice. During the visit, Chief Justice met the members of Bar Association Udhampur and listened to their demands besides interacting with Judicial Officers of the distrcit. Meanwhile, Jai dev Singh Slathia and Ranjit Parihar welcomed Chief Justice by presenting bouquet on behalf of Bar and Judicial employees of Udhampur district. Pertinently, the services introduced through e-Seva Kendra will give timely relief to the litigants/lawyers and other people for filing of their cases by e-mode while at their respective places

Kathua,October 27 (Scoop News)-Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, today laid foundation stone for Court Complex at Hiranagar besides inaugurating office building of Legal Aid Defence Counsel and Help Desk of e- filing in presence of Justice Vinod Chatterjee Koul who is also Administrative Judge of District Kathua at District Court Complex here. Pertinently, the Court Complex building at Hiranagar is coming up with an estimated cost of Rs 9.42 crore and will be constructed by PWD (R&B) Kathua. Kulgam , October 25 (KIP)-Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, today visited District Court, Kulgam, and inspected and reviewed under construction New District Court Complex. Justice Magrey issued certain on spot directions regarding the construction process and timely completion of the project. Chief Justice also inaugurated Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (LADCS) Centre, at ADR Kulgam. Chief Justice elaborately explained about the objective of establishing LADCS saying that the innovative system will help in management and implementation of legal aid system in a professional manner as far as criminal matters are concerned. This system will provide qualitative and timely legal services in criminal matters to all eligible persons, he added.
